Register a new evaluation account

In order to be able to use the evaluation services of the Central Office for Teaching Evaluation, you need to create an evaluation account. Once you have created an evaluation account, you can register your courses for evaluation, track the status of the evaluation as well as view and download the results of your evaluations.

The fields marked with (*) are required in order to set up the evaluation account.

Please indicate an e-mail address at which you can be easily reached. You will need this e-mail address to log in to your evaluation account. On the other hand, we use this e-mail address for communication regarding your evaluations.

If you register a paper-based evaluation, we will send you the corresponding evaluation documents by (university internal) post. Please indicate an address for this purpose. Please also use the first two fields, these enable a clear allocation within the institution of higher education.

After completing your registration, we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. This e-mail will contain your personal password. You can then log in to your evaluation account with your email address and this password.
